مشرقِ وسطیٰ کا نیا بحران: قطر اور اسرائیل تنازعہ

حالیہ دنوں مشرقِ وسطیٰ کی سیاست نے ایک نہایت سنگین اور خطرناک موڑ اختیار کیا ہے۔ ۹ ستمبر ۲۰۲۵ کو اسرائیل نے پہلی مرتبہ قطر کے دارالحکومت دوحہ میں فضائی حملہ کیا۔ یہ حملہ اس وقت کیا گیا جب حماس کے رہنما امن معاہدے اور جنگ بندی کے حوالے سے اجلاس کر رہے تھے۔ اس واقعے نے نہ صرف قطر بلکہ پورے خطے کو ہلا کر رکھ دیا ہے اور عالمی برادری کے سامنے کئی اہم سوالات کھڑے کر دیے ہیں۔ پسِ منظر قطر گزشتہ دو دہائیوں سے فلسطینی تنازعہ میں ثالث کا کردار ادا کرتا رہا ہے۔ یہ ملک بالخصوص حماس اور اسرائیل کے درمیان قیدیوں کی رہائی، جنگ بندی اور انسانی امداد کے معاملات میں ایک فعال فریق رہا ہے۔ لیکن اسرائیل کا مؤقف ہے کہ وہ “دہشت گرد تنظیموں” کو جہاں بھی ہوں نشانہ بنائے گا، چاہے وہ کسی دوسرے ملک کی حدود ہی میں کیوں نہ ہوں۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ قطر میں کیا جانے والا یہ حملہ بین الاقوامی قوانین، ریاستی خودمختاری اور سفارت کاری کی اقدار پر ایک کھلا سوالیہ نشان ہے۔ اثرات اور نتائج ۱۔ سفارتی عمل کو نقصان دوحہ میں جاری امن مذاکرات کے دوران یہ حملہ اس حقیقت کو ظاہر کرتا ہے کہ اسرائیل سفارتی عمل کو سنجیدگی سے نہیں لے ...
